RAJ JAIN Executive Director
Raj is an industry leader with a successful 40 years history in FMCG/D, Retail, and Media companies. He has been CEO of Bennet, Coleman & Co., and Bharti Walmart. Raj enjoys the challenge of helping businesses through their ‘Phygital’ journey.
REHAN SHAIKH Chief Executive Officer
Rehan is a seasoned business leader with 18 years experience of P&L management, Strategy, Sales, E-commerce, and large team management; Having worked with companies such as Cloudtail, Shell, J&J, Coats, and Dabur. He has developed deep e-commerce retail and marketplace expertise over the last 5 years.
SANJAY LALWANI Chief Finance Officer
Sanjay is the CFO at CRPL & is responsible for finance function. As a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of professional experience across diverse sectors & geographies. He has previously held leadership roles in multi-billion-dollar organizations such as Olam International, Prione Business Services, Coca-Cola, & Barloworld Equipment.
HARISH KUMAR Head-HR
Harish Kumar is the HR Head of CRPL. He holds an MBA Degree and is also certified coach. Harish has 18 years of experience across sectors like retail, auto, fmcg and media. Harish Kumar has worked in multiple positions with companies, like Tata Motors, DIAGEO, HT Media and Bata.
NEHA ANAND Category Head
Leading Home Improvement, Amazon Devices categories & the Emerging Brands program at CRPL, Neha has almost a decade of professional experience across Category & Vendor Management, Category Marketing & Supply Chain Design in e-commerce industries. She has previously worked with companies like Flipkart & Cloudtail India.
RAHUL CHAWLA Category Head
Rahul Chawla is the Category Head at CRPL and leads BI function. He brings more than 15 years of experience in Treasury consulting, FMCG sales & marketing, program management. Rahul has previously worked with esteemed organizations such as Kotak Securities, Mecklai Financial Services, Emami, L'Oreal, Cloudtail and Amazon India.
NISHIT GANATRA Category Head
He is the Category Head at CRPL. In his role, Nishit is responsible for private brands, wireless business & operations. He has over a decade of professional experience across FMCG, Home & Living, and e-com industries. He has previously worked with companies such as Cavinkare, Pepperfry, Wildcraft and Cloudtail.
RAGHAVENDRA MANDA Head – Instock Management & IT
Raghavendra Manda Heads ISM and IT function of CRPL and has close to fifteen years of expertise in supply chain management in diverse sectors such as healthcare, home improvement, food, and beverage industry. Raghavendra Manda has previously worked with several companies like Johnson & Johnson, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Pernod Ricard, Kohler and Cloudtail India.
